A extended cruise circling the Australian Coast is being halted days after the tragic passing of an older woman who was left behind by the ship on a remote island.

The elderly woman had been hiking on the tropical location with other travelers from the cruise ship, but broke off from the group for a break. The vessel left without her and went back several hours later after the personnel discovered the lady was missing.
