Iran is willing to resume atomic negotiations with Washington provided that it is approached with "dignity" and "honor", Iran's top diplomat has declared.

The Iranian diplomat stated solely negotiations produced results, and revealed fresh requests had been made by intermediaries to reopen negotiations with the American leadership. He claimed Iran did not have secret atomic facilities, and Tehran was not yet able to allow the UN nuclear inspectorate to access struck enrichment centers for protective measures.

He added: "We effectively endured this conflict. Our atomic expertise, which they aimed to eliminate, continues to exist. The installations and equipment, if eliminated, will be rebuilt; what is essential is the will of the nation of Iran and then the national cohesion that they targeted, but did not succeed to shatter.
